This article has appeared in todays National Enquirer. Not sure about the demanding part as it is natural for the star to get a salary increase then the rest of the cast to follow. It gives you a bit of an idea of the casts salaries. Whether it is true is debatable.
MENTALIST CAST ARE IN THE MONEY
Four cast members of The Mentalist who demanded whopping raises after Simon Baker received a staggering new contract are now laughing all the way to the bank, sources say.
Robin Tunney, Tim Kang, Amanda Righetti and Owain Yeoman felt they deserved almost as much credit for the show's success as Baker and should also be rewarded financially.
Now they have each had their six year contracts extended by a year, along with substantial increases. Tunney will get a $25,000 an episode hike to $100,000 and annual raises that will reach $200,000 by the end of her contract.
Righetti, Kang and Yeoman are jumping to roughly $75,000 a show, with a guaranteed $100,000 per episode for season six and $150,000 an episode for season seven.

public relations party planner, who is described as a player in the high
end fashion world.
