Simon in ANZ commercials
An ANZ commercial with Simon is being aired in Australia at the moment. Some people are tweeting that they don't like the fact that Simon is using an American accent.
(Using an American accent in an Australian commercial seems a bit unlikely, so maybe its just a bit less Australian than they're used to! Or he may be playing Patrick Jane in the ad.)

Sounds like Simon is still enjoying his break in Australia
A young woman has tweeted that she and her friends saw him "with his buddies yesterday (Saturday) arvo at Beach Hotel." She also says "Amazingly sweet, humble and überhot dude. That smile - showstoppin!" and "He kissed our cheeks!"

Stars line up to make Winton movies

New Australian project for Simon
There's some chat on Twitter about Simon's involvement in a new project - its all a bit vague at the moment, probably commercial or perhaps for a charity. There's talk of a photoshoot in Melbourne in August also involving Australian landscaper and TV personality Jamie Durie.
