This may be silly but has anyone else noticed that Simon has done much more "sharing" since he received the book? Maybe it's just a coincidence - maybe he always intended to share this final Mentalist journey - but I do wonder if we touched him more than we'll ever know.
I finally had an opportunity to go through every page of the book - I looked at every picture, I read every message and I looked at how all of the pages flowed together - and I was blown away. It was incredible and it was beautiful. I can only imagine what it must have been like to be on the receiving end of such a gift - to see that much love and respect from fiends, colleagues and from people you don't even know on the pages in front of you. |

OMG!! I saw that too, NO RING AND NEW SOCKS!!! It does look like Lisbon is wearing the ring on her chain. It's great that he shared it with us. It makes me tear up, I still don't want to believe that TM is going to end. |

I think you are right, redbird! He has his instagram output significantly since receiving "the book". Thanks for pointing that out. I think hayseed hit the nail on the head - he knows we watch the account and in his way, sharing more of himself and his world. What a thoughtful, nice guy…
AND again, thank you to the three that conceived of sharing with him (and us) his fandom and took this on to fruition. |

I can't imagine Lisbon would be wearing Jane & Angela's wedding ring round her neck, I think that would be a very strange thing for her to do

Sorry Kim, tried to correct your post because the video wouldn't work, but I messed it up and don't know how to put it right  . I think the problem is that not all browsers support the embedding method you used, and the site only seems to have embedding tags to support youtube videos.
I don't understand what's bizarre about this video, I wonder what Simon means. |

Fran- no worries. I can't figure out how to embed it so that it works across all platforms. I think the main thing is to get it out there so we can all enjoy it. I am grateful for any and all assistance in getting it done. 
Regarding the snake, my own tag would be #creepy, as I am not a big fan of snakes. |

For those wanting to know about the snake, it is a Diamond Python, a very popular pet snake related to the Carpet Python. As a species, it is rather laid back and not prone to move or bite (to Simon this may appear bizarre.) I am not sure what the kids are saying, but perhaps this was on his farm, since the species is from Oz. |
