 Yeah, the director looks like Emilio "son-of-Martin-brother-of-Charlie" Estevez, who has directed a few episodes of The Guardian.

According to IMDb the episodes he directed are "Hazel Park", "All Is Mended", and "The Watchers", so the pictures are likely from one of those.
