"Patrick Jane will be back to his old tricks later this year here on Channel 5."
A bit ambiguous, but hopefully they're talking about Season 5!
Update: This message is now on Channel 5's FAQ page:
"Series 4 of The Mentalist concluded on Friday 1st June. We do not currently have the rights to Series 5, but should this change details will be posted here."
(That's what I was afraid of, I'm so disappointed)
