This picture from season 1 shows Patrick without his vest. I don't remember one epi where he did not have the vest in the first season. There was one epi in season 2, "Red Line" where he was sans vest. Am I wrong. I just went through all of season 1 lately. |

He is wearing his vest, it is just a very pale one from another of his suits, and as the picture is black and white, it blends in with his shirt....it is more obvious when the picture is in colour.  |

Can't remember the name of the ep. but it was the one where the widow flirted with PJ and the missing necklace was in the chandelier. Should that be a spoiler I wonder.  |

I should have seen that. Thanks for pointing this out to me. I must be losing more of my sight than I care to admit. That episode was the first time we hear Patrick sign and later admits to falling a bit for the widow. |

Oh Evy! That's sooo lovely!
I loved the vest, but I also like his new outfit. And since he hardly ever takes off his jacket ...I thought he looked sooo awsome in vest without jacket in the first seasons, like on this cute little drawing. |
