I watch Mentalist since 2010 and have loved it :
- For this wonderful tragic, whimsical, romantic story
- For the continuous search for quality
- For the respect of intelligence and public taste
- For the empathy with the fans
- For the spirit that reigned on the set
- For the authenticity and impertinence of the unforgettable Patrick Jane
- For all that you brought from your personality to feed this very complex character.
It was a great, great journey.

Here is my message for Simon, Tanja. Thank you for doing this and since I'm new here, thank you for letting me participate.
I don’t fall in love with television shows and I don’t fall in love with television characters but I’ve loved The Mentalist and Patrick Jane since the moment we met. Quite simply, Patrick Jane sparkles. Thank you for bringing us the best character on network television in a very long time. I’m going to miss seeing him – and you – every week. I wish you continued success and all of the joy and happiness that you bring to those who love watching your work – and in case you don’t know, that’s a whole lot of joy and happiness.

Dear Simon,
When "The Mentalist" is close to end, I want to tell you how important and special has become to me. For the last six years it has made me laugh and cry. It has been funny, thrilling, touching, as a good friend who cheers you up when you feel down. And now it's time to say goodbye but I'm not going to do it. I just want to thank you, Simon, all your hard work to create Patrick Jane. You've given us an unforgettable character, with soul, who has made me smile and enjoy like no one before. You put all your talent on it and you've made a lot of people happy all over the world, including me and that is priceless. You have a gift.
Thank you for being an example in your work and personal life. Dreams come true with effort and determination, you're a proof of that.
I will miss you and "the team". A lot. Enjoy your well deserved break with your family and friends, but don't go away too long, please.
