Smileygirl, photobucket don't deal with pictures hosted on third party websites anymore, unless you upgrade your account, ie pay for it.
Try to upload your pics on a free hosting site, like Flickr, dropbox, or HostingPics.com… and here is a link with 16 free image Hosting websites: https://www.thebalance.com/top-free-image-hosting-websites-1357014 |

It's really bad and annoying with photobucket, because all the photos in the video library are gone now, too! I would have been willing to upgrade my account if the price wasn't THAT high. Almost 60 Dollar is too much! I will try to upload the pics from photobucket to another photo service but it will take a while ...
Can anybody recommend which one is the best and easiest to handle? |

Tina, I'm using HostingPics now, it's free and so far it seems ok, but you should ask other people too for a second advice. Free Image Hosting or Flickr are ok too, free and with huge storage space. Here is an article with a list of sites: https://www.lifewire.com/free-image-hosting-sites-3486329
Also try some search on forums, by googling "best free image hosting websites" or "advice best free photo sharing site"
