Fri 4/12/2013 3:32 PM CBS Eye-lert: Advance Alert - CBS Sports live coverage of the 2013 Masters Tournament on Sunday could delay start times for 60 Minutes, The Amazing Race, The Good Wife and The Mentalist. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO'S SICK OF THIS???
This past winter there were delayed airings because of FOOTBALL…..then came Spring and BASKETBALL…..now GOLF! RIDICULOUS! I’m sure season 6 has been planned as being the LAST one for ‘The Mentalist’ (especially after Heller got his new series on CBS come Fall). But, the switch in the airing to Sundays signed its DEATH WARRANT dissuading late night viewers and guaranteeing its demise. But guess Simon’s“ok with it” and eager to move on to another direction in his career. I just hate the way the network ‘played’ us and swapped out this popular show with ‘newer series’ & for ‘upcoming productions’. Will they do the same w/ “Elementary” or “Person of Interest” or “Blue Bloods”? But despite them 'jerking' it about, TM had a good run, for sure, but only because of us (the devoted fans). Guess I'll get off my soapbox and just enjoy the rest of this season & be grateful for one more (hoping sports won't interfere too much come next Winter). |

Lets have a positive attitude and hope that all of the parties involved will want to continue this show. It truly is one of the best entertaining shows on T.V. Even with all of the late starts, the ratings have remained strong!! That should say something. How do we get the information to the right people about how we feel, and asking them to continue? |

Friday was my last day for this season for TM. I'm also going to be editing Simon's episode next season... it'll be a good one!
Simon's episode is episode 609 in October

We have a lot of good bloopers, but it's up the WB to put them in as we've collected them. Let them know! I did a blooper reel season one and 2, and then season 3, we stopped. Just tweet & Mail WB

Couple of interesting tweets from Currie Graham (Walter Mashburn) today:
[Any chance you'll be on season 6?]I would have this season but I was busy.
[So you were asked back?] Yes I have been asked back. Sadly the shoot dates didn't work out.
I know that Currie's been very busy this year filming a couple of movies as well as a few guest appearances in tv shows. It is interesting what they wanted Mashburn for and if he would have been one of the seven. |

I wouldn't have liked that Mashburn is on the list because Lisbon deserved better than sleeping with Red John !
And I loved how tender with which they had said "goodbye" at the end of the episode ! (do you remember ?) |
