Michael Caplan visual effects did a great job. It was tough because it was such a large set.

Signing off. Production meeting early in the morning. Thanks to all our awesome fans for watching tonight’s episode of #TheMentalist

Thanks for posting, Fran! Interesting to look at all the pictures. The Bella Vista view into Napa valley looked green screen. Wonder how many people watched 6.03. Feels good to be appreciated as a TM fan by people working on the show.

Thanks Fran, it's astonishing to see how much work goes into just one shot and even more amazing that each episode takes just eight days to complete! surprised

I really love seeing all this, how a movie or tv show is made. Had the wonderful opportunity to visit a tv show set once for a day and it was so interesting!

Love Karl's posts and love the behind the scene pictures. You're right, Bee. It's amazing how much work and so little time goes into each episode and how well it turns out.

Tim Kang posted some photos of the CBI office ...I wonder if we have to say goodbye to it because something happens ...or they move to another building.
Would sure miss Jane's couch badly...
And this makes me completely unpatient, can't wait to see the showdown with RJ:

Enjoy these images of our CBI home. Things are going to move fast and hard in the coming weeks... biggrin

I agree Tinamarianne, if anything happens to Jane's couch I shall be sorry...since he salvaged it from that stock room it's become part of him in a funny sort of way! HELP! I'm feeling nostalgic already! cry

Patrick Jane without couch… surprised

It so became part of the character… It's like Sherlock Holmes without his hat!

In Elementary, we see Sherlock sans hat but with great looking scarves. Maybe Jane will alter his looks when he moves to his new location, perhaps even goes back home to his house in Malibu.

I´m sure, IF they move away from that couch, Jane will quickly find himself a new old couch as his center of relaxation and thinking.

(Is the couch as comfy as it looks?) Nope. Trust me I've tried it.

And because this amused me

Jordan Harper tweets that 6.06, 6.07 and 6.08 are really a movie, Fire and Brimstone, The Great Red Dragon and Red John. He's very proud of what they've done, also The Red Tatoo has an important clue, one that breaks the case.
