Hi Kabuky - I have been Apple converted for 3 years now - macbook Pro at home, Macbook air at work, iPad to keep Simon by me when I travel ..... Mac computers, like iPad, iPhone etc are a bit more expensive but v. well made quality product (in my humble opinion).
I use iMovie to make my vids and it does more than the standard Win Moviemaker (I think).
As for Simon surfing - I think he competed as a junior so I would be very surprised if there was any video - it was too long ago for home videos. Even the recent Pro Surf championships in Margaret River (where he will one day film Breath) here in WA - only had short clips on the TV.... Maybe i need to take that clip from Smith and put it into an endless loop for 30 mins!!!! |

yes i was doing that going to work Thursday am watching Simon on my iPad (well all week - bike is getting dusty in the garage) - but whether it was me she saw - how funny!!!! (I was definitely smiling - and I have been watching compilations all week!!!) |
