I was just looking at the Wikipedia article on Simon, and noticed that it lists him as a NIDA alumnus. Did Simon study at NIDA or has whoever updated the article just made a mistake? Because I remember Simon saying that the closest he got to NIDA was working in pub next to it  |

I am sure he has said that he is 'untrained' and sometimes feels like a fraud among all the trained actors, that is why he watches their techniques so closely....unfortunately wiki cannot be trusted!! |

Yeah, that's the impression I've got from his interviews. I remember him saying that he did try some acting classes (but didn't like them because the teachers were too mean), but I don't think he ever actually studied at NIDA.

Whooo hooo! ITV (in the UK) just showed the Givenchy advert again after I'm a Celebrity...Get me out of here! Recognised the music immediately...and then there he was with that wonderful umbrella!  Hope this means they are stepping up the campaign for the Christmas market, and that we'll be seeing it a few more times. |
