I have made a partial translation, I apologise for my poor english (and for mistakes) but I don’t have time to make a more accurate and complete work.
Simon Baker, le gentleman surfer.

In Australia an actor doesn’t have so many opportunity, Los Angeles instead is a hub where everything can happen. The first question they ask you here is not -Who are you?- but -What are you doing now?-"
And along with international stardom, prestigious adverting offers come.
"I’m very shy, so I find acting difficult. It’s a challenge that I like. But when Givenchy asked me to became the testimonial of their new fragrance, I found not having a role to play even more difficoult. Then I realized I only had to be me, because I think that beeing a testimonial implies believe in the brand and putting a lot of yourself into it."
The new fragrance Genleman Only Intense aims to recall a style similar to Hollywood Golden Age.
"With the word gentleman we immediately think to Clark Gable or Geregory Peck but the essence of a true gentleman dwells in the way you deal with other people" he says gently….
If a genteleman can be recognised by small gestures Givenchy couldn’t have made a better choice.

Apparently Simon attended the State of Origin rugby match in Australia. There is an instagram pic floating around. I'm in a rush now but will try to bring it here later. (his side - New South Wales - won for the first time in several years) |

I didn't and yes it was ! But who cares about it in France ?  There is only the "World Cup 2014" in Brazil which is important for weeks ?
I am pleased to see that Simon relaxes by attending a good rugby match

I watched the Australian games at the World Cup and I'm so sad they are out because the really played good soccer! I wonder if Simon and his boys watched too.
There is one player who kind of reminded me on "Pike", don't know why ...he looked a little bit like him in my opinion.
Rugby is totally unpopular in Germany. But we all know it's Simon's sport and it's nice we got a new photo
I hope he has a great time and has the opportunity to do things he hasn't done in a long time! |

I watched Australia (and England) in the World Cup and also wondered whether Simon saw it too. Rugby was always big in our household when I was growing up, my father playing the game, and I can remember him travelling to watch all the major games. I don't really care so much for football, too many "theatrics" on the pitch. Give me rugby any day!
