I have to say Simon is looking very fit and healthy nowadays. It seems that having finished TM, returning home and concentrating on being just another regular guy, together with all that surfing of course, has done him the power of good.
Smileygirl- I am so excited for you to go to Oz! I hope that you have a great time and of course I am super jealous. I will be wishing for you to have many Simon sightings. I will look forward to your pics!
I found the original article by searching the key words that were in the tweet. It's a pretty silly item. The Bondi beach apartment next to Simon's is on sale, and they're wondering if he'll buy it.
LA-BASED actor Simon Baker might have a new neighbour at his Bondi Beach bolthole, or perhaps he will move to secure three-quarters of the top floor of his low-rise apartment complex.
One of the complex’s other two apartments with rooftop patio has just been listed through Raine & Horne agent Hannah Bouskila for May 5 auction.
Set on the Ben Buckler peninsula in an art deco building of just seven, the 69sq m apartment on offer has two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus its all-important 66sq m roof terrace. The roof terrace is all part of the package in the May 5 auction at Bondi.
Baker’s adjoining three-bedroom apartment spreads over 135sq m and takes up half of the roof, fitted with a covered barbecue kitchen.
It is a near-beachfront $2.63 million Bondi bolthole which Baker bought in 2014.
It’s unsure whether Baker has seen the auction board sign that went up this week in front of the two-storey block on Hastings Parade.
You’d imagine he’d have been called by his buyer’s agent Janne Sutcliffe.
The Logie award winning actor is regularly spotted enjoying Australia’s most famous beach whenever he’s here.
A sale to Baker would further increase the Mentalist star’s eastern suburbs property portfolio.
He paid $6.5m last July for a Bronte hillside home, despite having lived in LA with his wife Rebecca Rigg and their three children since the mid-1990s. He also owns in the Byron Bay hinterland.
The 45-year-old Baker has turned director, preparing for his coming film, an adaptation of Tim Winton’s disturbing novel Breath which he will star in and co-produce. The coastal setting has seen Baker film at Bronte Beach.
Hi emmyderidder I'm not sure what you mean about uploading your picture, but if you mean an avatar, then go to your profile, edit user details and you can then upload own avatar. There is a kb size limit but I can't remember what that is, but you should be OK if you don't exceed 140x140 pixels which seems a popular choice.
