Keep in mind you have to consider the source on this story. The Enquirer is a rag sheet that tends to post stories that have a tiny kernel of truth that get embellished. It's highly unlikely this even happened. It sounds like an urban legend tale. Or one fan followed him in and suddenly it became a whole group. |

I hope this story is not true. This is were fandom gets into stalking. I really feel sorry for people who have to deal with this and really hope Simon has better fans. People like this are crazy. |

I think it's almost certainly exaggerated, although I can imagine Simon's reaction being "Oh, for God's sake!". Unfortunately I do think there are some so-called fans who don't know the meaning of respect, so I suspect all celebrities have to deal with bad behaviour from time to time. I think 'fans' like that are in the minority, but even 1 person like that is 1 too many  |

The word fan comes from fanatic, which means to the utmost. That happens here a lot where filming is in open land and stars have to accept that that is the product of fame, but I do agree that following him in the loo was over the top. |
