How do you do that, Fran? I live in Spain, I should take a look at all these magazines to find Simon's interviews and help you a little. I mean it.

June - I just used google translate but then I tried to improve the English. Unfortunately sometimes it doesn't make sense so I have to make a best guess at the meaning, which may be wrong - that's why I said "rough" translation and haven't put it in the Articles Section.

I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give, and if you see any mistakes in my translation I'd be very happy for you to tell me so that I can correct it.

2 page Lithuanian article & interview

It says the original source was Elle, and it seems to be a re-working of other articles we've seen.

Fortunately "google translation" exists ! tongue
Even if we don't learn anything new, it's always nice to read an article about Simon.
Thanks fran to find it.

@Eurosport
THIS WEEK, Eurosport welcomes @RafaelNadal (today on #Eurosport2), @usainbolt @YohanBlake S-A Frazer, @PatrickDempsey + Simon Baker! #Celebs

Saturday : SIMON BAKER aka "The Mentalist" will be LIVE in Eurosport Horse racing Time Special magazine on 16 June at 22:15 CET #prixdediane

Seems to be just a 15 minute show, so probably not much of an appearance:
22.15-22.30 Equestrian
EQUESTRIAN: Horse Racing Time - Monthly show focusing on the greatest horse racing events, with a specific approach: to follow the last 24 hours before a big race from inside and to live the race and its backstage in real time. (15min)

I checked EUROSPORT Website today and that's what the TV Schedule says for Saturday after this 15min show:
22:30 EQUESTRIAN: Longines Global Champions Tour - (85min)
23:55 EQUESTRIAN: Longines Global Champions Tour - (5min)

So maybe there is the chance of a little more Simon on the screen? Or will it be 85 min of horses only?? dry
I'd prefer: (The) gentleman only!!

Sun, it's possible, but the Global Champions Tour is show-jumping, which is sponsored by Longines but I don't think Simon is involved in that event.

For people who can get EurosportUKTV, the 15 minute 'Horse Racing Time' show with Simon is being broadcast at 21:15 UK time.

Oh, I see, Fran. I'm not so much into sport on horses, sorry. So, let's hope to see Simon at all! I'll be thankful for every second. smile

Horses and Simon Baker. *sigh* Heaven. That Longines ad with the jazz piano is sublime.

Wish we could get that here in the states...

Ah ah thanks Evy!

" Notoriously shy and low-key, he has very much eschewed the normal trappings of Hollywood fame. This choice to remain thoroughly grounded is reflected in his car. Rather than driving the requisite SUV, Simon Baker gets around town in a 1964 Ambassador 990. […] The vehicles currently sell for $10,000 or less, so hit show or no, Simon Baker is clearly disinterested in the trappings of fame."
