 I was thinking the same thing. Amanda has such a great figure and this dress certainly did not do her justice. It does look like there's a bun in the oven. Interesting how they will play it if this is so.

 Maybe it was just the cut of the dress? Or will we be seeing Van Pelt sitting behind the computer A LOT more than normal this season? happy No way to write a pregnancy in like they did with Sarah.

I did consider this, along with the angle from which the photo was taken --- but...she also looks like she's put on a few pounds, especially around the chin area (sorry Amanda!) The style of dress with an empire line like that is also quite popular with expectant mums. Happy for her if she is, but also wondering how they would get away with filming VP from the chest up all the time! lol.

I've just checked out some more pics from same event and I can't tell. There is a side on view, full length. It could be the dress but there seems to be an upward slope where the black elasticated band meets the yellow material, suggesting a bump. That said, would she wear heels that high if she was with child? unsure

We need this confirming. Fran, you hearing anything?

 My first impression was that she was pregnant. Then again, i remember seeing some pictures of Simon and Rebecca where it was said rebecca looked pregnant and that they were decorating a nursery a year or two back. This was never confirmed and the pictures disappeared off the netpretty quickly. Maybe the same type of unflattering picture here?
