Quote Only (  ) there is flashback in the novel where the beginning of Sando and Eva relations is described. To my mind it must be very entertaining and moving.
Yeah, I seem to remember a few pages of Eva telling Pikelet about their early years together. But I wouldn't be surprised if their backstory is omitted from the film, or only lightly touched on, because I get the impression that Simon is more interested in telling the boys coming of age story. And to be honest, I think I would prefer that, because I think it would be a better reflection of the essence of the book. |

The couple backstory is interesting, as it helps to understand the relationship between Eva and Sando, and to learn more about their character.
In a film, I don't think it makes a pivotal moment though.
I'm still intrigued by these moments Tim Winton had deliberately omitted? |

It's a good book Emmy. I'm sure you love reading it. Simon is perfect to play Sando. I read it in English and German. I guess when shootings finally start I read it another time  . |

Some of the cameras wich are probably gonna be used on Breath (rickrifici is mentionned in the last Simon's pic comments on Instagram)

@rickrifici My other Office . Swimming with my PHANTOM 4K Flex that shoots 1000fps . (Super Slow Motion). The Phantom is worth a small House and weighs in @ 18 kg in my custom water housing . Fitness is vital these days with such high tech cameras .
