Okay, there it is again. Fifth AND sixth season. I SO hope it's true. I'm so curious about the movie. Hope we get to see it in Germany next year. |

There's a lot of talk on twitter about a Simon interview being shown on '50 Min Inside' on TF1 (France) tomorrow. I thought that interview had already been shown, so I'm not sure if its a repeat or if its a new one.
Update - I think this is new:

And now for some bad news. The NFL games are now going to start later on CBS on Sunday, pushing The Mentalist even later on Sunday nights, around 10:40 PM...

Quote (Fran) There's a lot of talk on twitter about a Simon interview being shown on '50 Min Inside' on TF1 (France) tomorrow. I thought that interview had already been shown, so I'm not sure if its a repeat or if its a new one.
Update - I think this is new:
I suppose it's the complete interview (or a larger part) made when Simon was in Paris visiting TF1 studios. Last time, they only show a few seconds of it. The "50 mn inside" broadcast is available during a few weeks with the "Replay" function on TF1 website (go to TF1 replay clic on the "Magazine" section, scroll down then choose 50 mn inside. So even if you don't live in France, you'll be able to watch it too in a few days! Warning: this broadcast is usually crap, it's a "people" magazine full of gossip on celebs and that kind of things… But what would we do to see Simon Baker! |

Thanks very much DS_Pallas for explaining that and for providing a link for people to watch it
It looks to me like 50mnInside will be showing small clips of the interview as part of 5 different broadcasts. Update: I think I've misunderstood that, I think the 5 dates reference has a different meaning because I've just seen this tweet "L'acteur simon baker qui raconte 5 jours qui ont marque sa vie" (which I roughly understand to be Simon Baker talks about 5 days which have marked his life). |

You understand correctly Fran!
You can read on the picture above: "The portrait : Simon Baker in 5 dates" |

Poor simon! Again and again the same videos as we show him for years, the same questions put to him and always ask for the same things. I admire his patience because he always answer with a smile. I understand that many French people don't know what he did before PJ in the mentalist, but the questions are really miss originality. There's so much to ask him about his desires on professional projects for example, etc. There are so many things to be said. I'm ashamed for the presenter who posed it. He seemed very embarrassed ! Simon is very relieved that the interview is over! Fortunately we are still the best pictures of his smiling face. Great professional as usual ! |

Video (3:15) 'Le Prix de Diane Longines 2012' - only brief glimpses of Simon, but worth seeing his amusing quip right at the end:

hmm, maybe it is only a problem with me - or probably the heat today over here - but I cannot watch this video, seems to me as if the link is broke or the site itself has a problem. just wanted to let you know. Perhaps I try again later and see if it works then. |
