I have relatives who live there....hmmmm. It is insane during SXSW though. Crazy traffic! I've been to it a couple of times. I love to sit on the retaining wall in front of Guerro's Mexican restaurant on South Congress Avenue and "people watch"! It's a hippie wonderland! |
