BBB, that is hilarious! I've cuddled the bear already. In the interest of finding a serious answer to your question, I'd need to get to Simon. I'd be more than happy to head to Santa Monica and find him -- in fact, I have my passport in my hand and a packed lunch made ready (marmalade sandwiches, of course!) Just say the word!
I do, however, have a sneaky feeling that Simon will win...Paddington's arms just don't quite reach around the way his do!!!  |

Agent M....I am SO impressed at the lengths you will go to to do research (have you considered applying for a grant????)
If you need someone to take notes.....do measurements (arms girls arms!!...steady now!!) I'm your man(woman actually, but it didn't sound right) I'll be right there just as soon as I have got the tea and toast from under the keys of my computer....

Aaaah, I do love Paddington, and he's small enough to carry with you anywhere you go. But as AgentM says, its just a one-way hug because his arms don't wrap around you - so Simon wins again

Simon does love to give hugs, and huge ones at that, not the little barely touching hollywood don't mess my hair hugs. He just squeezes you inside and out, and if you're short, like I am, cuts off you breathing and stops your heart. |
