 Sincew e are again speculating, I don't see anything drastic yet with Bret Stiles. He just helped Patrick pull off the escape of Lorelei from prison, perhaps back to RJ. We remember that during hallucination, Charlotte reminded him that his obsession was not healthy but at the end of "Red Sails" the manic look on Patrick's face puts him right back there, so now he is completely involved in the list of people who at one time shook his hand. I seem to recall that when he was in that padded cell early on, his psychiatrist gave him back his life, ie sanity, by giving him one goal, revenge. Once he has that, he will need another reason to keep living, and again Charlotte asked him to think of one person in his life, at that point he called Lisbon. We have to wait and see how Bruno completes the circle.
