Sun and Mcbabsi have a great fun this afternoon and enjoy the movie. Hope that it will be released very soon also in Italy, I can't wait to see Simon on the big screen.

I read the criticisms in France : the movie has very bad criticisms by viewers (too vulgar, no story...). People are very disappointed. sad
The only positive point is Simon who is very appreciated biggrin

Evy, that's quite often the trouble with UK so called comedies. I haven't seen the film but the trailers were pretty racey. Shame. sad

Have you seen "Sex and Death 101" that is quite racy but also the fact that Aussies aren't prudish and are quite ribald in

Well, I had a lovely time for sure! The film was quite funny (I didn't mind the crude humour, I have 2 teenagers at home!), and Simon (of course!) was lovely to watch. That scene where Nat just "grabs" him will haunt me for some time! help

And of course it was great meeting with another Simon fan (Sun). biggrin

Oh yes, it was great meeting McBabsi! Happy to have a huge Simon fan so near now! biggrin
Thanks to Simon I meet a bunch of lovely people. I'd like to tell him and to thank him personally one day!
The film. Well, I struggled a little with my English skills and apparently didn't get every joke, but it's a nice film, a rom-com anyway.
And Simon? What can I say?: "Awesome!!" tongue His smile on the big screen, the tender look in his eyes... heart The man of dreams. A gentleman. Perfection. Adorable. I envy Nat. A lot.

And we had icecream afterwards.

I really didn't expect too much of the movie but it was so much better than I thought. I enjoyed it so much, now I can' t wait to have it on DVD.
And how cool was it to see Simon on the big screen.

Yes I have actually and I must agree it was racey and I have to confess that I did enjoy it though not keen on the language. I watched it by myself, I'm not sure I would have liked to see with anyone else. wacko

Posted by IGIAY team on their Facebook page:
If you thought the film was funny, the extras on the DVD & Blu-ray are sidesplitting. They include:
- Audio Commentary with Dan Mazer, Rafe Spall and Kris Thykier
- Deleted Scenes
- Outtakes
- Featurettes

I'm so much looking forward to getting the BluRay! I always prefer to hear Simon with his own voice, and extras are always good.

Just found out that IGIAY will not be seen here until August. By then Simon will be back in town so maybe we'll have a premiere here in LA. It's a drag that we have to wait so long though. Will certainly buy the DVD after hearing how many scenes were cut but still were so funny.

Where did you see this information about LA? I live in Canada, and have not heard anything about distribution here. August is definitely better than no date at all. (And I'm definitely buying the DVD as well.)
